DESIGNER | Helen Kontouris
Melbournian Helen Kontouris (b.1976) established her own design studio in 2001. As one of Australia's leading designers, she is proud of her accomplishments, having has won numerous awards, including ‘Designer of the Year’, ‘Luminary in Design’ and ‘Industrial Design Leader’.
She takes a great amount of inspiration from her observations of everyday experiences and objects. Helen takes on each new project with fresh ideas and extensive research – her attention to detail and design quality has been recognised by some true design heavy weights: Alessi, Schiavello and Kundalini.
