The Nordic kitchen tea cafétiere with its unique valve system brews tea to your exact wishes. At the same time, it keeps the tea hot for much longer thanks to its double-walled design.
The tea cafétiere uses the same brewing method as a coffee cafétiere, and therefore allows you to decide exactly how long you want your tea to brew for. Simply press the plunger down when the brewing time is up.
The plunger filters the tea leaves and separates them from the water, preventing the tea from brewing further. This makes it easy to control the strength of your tea.

Suitable for loose leaf tea. The plunger is dishwasher-safe, while the jug must be washed by hand. Regularly oil the wooden handle to keep it in good condition.
Please note: As wood is a living and organic material, natural variations may occur. Oil regularly to preserve the oak. If the wood feels rough with time, we recommend sanding down the dry surface using very fine sandpaper. Then oil the wood to protect it.
The wooden handle must be tightened regularly to ensure that it is secure. To do so, remove the rubber plug at the end of the handle and tighten the screw behind it with a screwdriver. To remove the rubber plug, use a long sharp implement to prise the plug out of the handle.
